The interactive tourism map of Širvintos district has been created in order to make it easier for every visitor, guest and resident of Širvintos to find what they are looking for, and perhaps to get new ideas of what is worth discovering and exploring. 

The interactive map shows the main natural, cultural and business attractions located in Širvintos District. www.atraksirvintas.lt has been created in the framework of the project “Training-workshop “Inclusion of nature, culture and business objects in the creation of an interactive tourist map of Širvintos district””, financed by the Širvintos district LAG. 

A working group of members of various organisations and individuals was set up to create the map. The members of the working group included Vilma Dainienė, Director of Globalūs projektai, Lilija Serekpajevienė, Director of Ekmeta UAB, Aušrinė Miliukaitė-Janovskienė, representative of Širvintos Municipality, L. Sologubienė, the owner of IĮ Ligita Sologubienė, Ieva Lazauskė, the Communications and Events Organiser of the Kernavė Archaeological Site Museum Department of the State Kernavė Cultural Reserve Directorate, Gedvilė Vinslauskaitė, the President of the Širvintos ŽSK “Širvintų žirgai”, Mindaugas Korsakas, the founder of the Viking Village, Mantas Dainys, the Director of the MB “Re ars”, Ligita Vinslauskaitė.
